Salmon Casserole

16 ounces cooked or canned salmon
2 eggs
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs or ground pork rinds and almonds
2 tablespoons grated onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried parsley
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

preheat oven to 375
Lightly oil or butter on ovenproof baking or casserole dish
Flake the salmon
put in casserole dish
in a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs until well combined and smooth.
Add cream adn mix well.
Stir in bread crumbs, onions and lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, parsley.
Add salt and pepper
Add this mix to salmon and gently stir. Dot casserole with butter, sprinkle grated cheese over it. Bake, uncovered, for about 35 minutes, or until top is nicely browned
