Thai Noodle Salad

for dressing combine equal parts lemon juice, teriyaki sauce, and oil- for four servings, two tablespoons each

In bowl combine:
8 ounces crabmeat (fake stuff is fine), flaked
2 1/2 cups cooked linguini or other thin noodle
grated or chopped cabbage, about 4 cups
1 cup grated carrots
1/3 cup each cilantro and diced scallions

Mix well, toss with dressing, serve.
