Kalamansi is a citrus fruit, between the size of f a golf ball and a gum-ball. They are sweeter and juicier than limes and just delicious. I don’t remember what the fish is. It’s very mild in flavor. A Filipino friend tells me it’s considered to be worthless for any purpose but breading and deepfrying, but I think it’s delicious.
