A few politicky links

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump administration to fully enforce a ban on travel to the United States by residents of six mostly Muslim countries.

This is not a final ruling on the travel ban: Challenges to the policy are winding through the federal courts, and the justices themselves ultimately are expected to rule on its legality.

But the action indicates that the high court might eventually approve the latest version of the ban, announced by President Donald Trump in September. Lower courts have continued to find problems with the policy.

White House spokesman Hogan Gidley said the White House is “not surprised by today’s Supreme Court decision permitting immediate enforcement of the President’s proclamation limiting travel from countries presenting heightened risks of terrorism.”

The FBI had to remove agent Strzok from the Russian probe and Flynn investigation because he was caught texting anti-Trump and pro-Hillary messages to the FBI agent with whom he was having an affair. He’s also the agent who worked on Hillary Clinton’s email investigation and is responsible for softening the language about her criminal actions in order to protect her. He handled the phony Russian dossier, and he’s involved in the decision to ignore the classified info on the Abedin/Weiner laptop. WOW. Mueller actively worked to hide this for months. More here, from CNN of all places. Perhaps they begin to understand. Maybe somebody there recognizes they were used by Mueller and Strzok and resents it?

Somebody in media begins to get it- ABC president says ‘we will all pay the price for a long time’ over Brian Ross false report on Trump. In addition to his one month vacation over Christmas, Ross is no longer permitted to report on Trump. The first sanction is meaningless. The second impresses me. http://money.cnn.com/2017/12/04/media/abc-news-president-brian-ross-flynn-correction/index.html
