Banana Oatmeal Bread, wheat free

1 cup mashed, ripe banana (or 3 medium)
3/4 honey or 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 t. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Add ingredients in order given, mix well. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour. Cool.

    Oh good, glad comments are fixed so I can let you know that I linked to this post. We tried the banana bread yesterday as muffins and it worked fine.
