Happy Thoughts

* It is not my night to wash the dishes.
* There are birds’ nest cookies in the freezer
* Tomorrow I go out to breakfast with the Grandfather
* HP6 comes out on Saturday (*ahem* yes. I am excited.)
* I found my CD of Beethoven’s 7th symphony last night
* It might rain
* I see a very dear friend in two weeks

Not So Happy Thoughts
* It is my night to cook supper
* I have misplaced my King Henry VIII book (find one thing, lose another…story of my life)
* To have said breakfast with said Grandfather I must get up earlier than I like (no snide comments, family members)
* It is still not raining (I’m into instant gratification here, folks)
* We have no caffeine free carbonated beverages in the house to have with the cookies

Off to make that supper…

    I would love to make supper if I knew someone else was going to wash the dishes.

    I’m going to have to stop by more often. I like this blog. I was smitten by the pet photos one of you posted back in February; I noticed you had the good sense to quote Alphonsus Ligouri, and I’m honored to be on your blogroll, albeit as “unclassifiable.”

    I’d fit just fine with “Apologia Christi” or the “Pro-Life Blogs,” but don’t take that as grumbling about the neighborhood I’m in. You sound like my kind of folks.

    Patrick, the prolife blogs are actually a prolife blog-roll hosted by http://www.prolifeblogs.com/. I just add the code, they manage the work of adding individual blogs.
    I’m glad you brought it up, though, because I see I should clarify that listing so it says something like, “Blogs on the Pro-life Blog-roll, and I should include a link for people who want to join.

    I’m honored by the Paragraph Farmer’s kind words about our Common Room. You are welcome back anytime.

    Welcome, Patrick! Honored that you find us of interest…
    let me rephrase that.
    Many people find us “of interest.” Glad that you find us a pleasant interest and are drawn back for nice reasons and not for the same reasons people are attracted to train wrecks. Those are also interesting.
